Women's Empowerment Groups Announced

Roxboro Housing Authority officials announced today that women will have a support group at each of its four sites, providing encouragement, fun activities along with jobs/job training.

Ms. Natrika Williams, a former Harris Gardens resident who has done positive things in her life, volunteered her time to lead this effort. She will work closely with Ms. Annie Graham, ROSS Coordinator, on this effect.

The first focus group will take place at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at Lee Gardens Community Center. Meetings are being scheduled for Green Gardens, Weatherly Heights, and Harris Gardens.
