Residents Conduct Community Meeting in Newly Renovated Center

ROXBORO - Residents in the Weatherly Heights Community conducted their monthly community meeting in the newly renovated community center located at 161 Cleveland Lane.

Renovations, completed by L. Roberts Repairs and Builder, Inc. totaled $88,000, doubled the size of the meeting space. The center, approx. 2,800 square feet, has a large meeting room, private full kitchen, new countertops and cabinets, mahogany laminate flooring, new HVAC system and renovated office space. A computer lab with WIFI capability is planned.

The space is available for rentals to residents and the community-$150.00 for four hours and $250.00 all day. Persons interested in renting the center may contact the Administrative Office at (336) 599-8616.
