All community centers recently renovated and modernized
The Housing Authority has three spaces that are available for tenants and the general public to rent when conditions involving the COVID-19 pandemic improve to allow for CDC guidelines to be implemented. Check back for the latest status.
Prices are competitive. Each space can accommodate at least 20 people, has a full kitchen, bathrooms and is centrally located within the Roxboro community. Call the administrative office to reserve space.
Normal Rental Times*
Monday – Saturday, 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Sunday, 2 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Kitchen $25 (4 hrs or less) $50 (All Day*)
Ball Field (Harris Gardens) $25 (4 hrs or less) $50 (All Day*)
Athletic Court (Coming Soon) $25 (4 hrs or less) $50 (All Day*)
Equipment Available for Rental
Television Monitor $25 (4 hrs or less) $50 (All Day*)
Projector & Screen $25 (4 hrs or less) $50 (All Day*)
Refundable reservation damage deposit of $75.00 refunded to applicant within 10 business days.
Money orders and cashier’s checks only.
Note: Fees are waived if the organization(s) has/have a signed memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Roxboro Housing Authority, signed by the Executive Director, for the clearly defined non-profit endeavor(s) benefiting RHA residents.
