Community Center Rentals
All community centers have been renovated and are ready for baby showers, family gatherings, church services and more!
The Housing Authority has three spaces that are available for tenants and the general public to rent.
Prices are competitive. Each space can accommodate at least 20 people, has a full kitchen, bathrooms and is centrally located within the Roxboro community. Call the administrative office (Kay Winbush) at (336) 599-8616 to reserve space.

Monday – Saturday, 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Sunday, 2 p.m. – 8 p.m. (contact the office for available times for church services)

Refundable reservation damage deposit of $75.00 refunded to applicant within 10 business days.
Money orders and cashier’s checks only.
Note: Fees are waived if the organization(s) has/have a signed memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Roxboro Housing Authority, signed by the Executive Director, for the clearly defined non-profit endeavor(s) benefiting RHA residents.
